New Help File Available For NCDB

MPH This new tool is based on the PDF document that NCDB posted on their web site. We asked permission from NCDB to do this conversion to demonstrate the value of making their document interactive. We have now sent it back to them, and they are very pleased with the results. We have integrated the new NCDB Edits Help File into the spring release of our CNExT software. CNExT and Citrix- Dan Curran, MS, CTR Over the years several of our customers have inquired about the compatibility of CNExT with Citrix Server (www.citrix.com). Recent program changes have given CNExT the ability to work with Citrix. One of the reasons that IT staff appreciate Citrix is because desktop applications such as CNExT can be installed or updated just once on the server and then deployed to all users. Registrars will enjoy the ability to work with CNExT from remote locations; the use of Citrix makes CNExT essentially a web-based application. Help desk
staff have been testing CNExT on Citrix in-house. We are seeking facilities to be the first to try it in the hospital network environment.
Many hospitals may already have Citrix and the registrar may not be aware
of it so please inquire with your IT staff. If your facility is

779-0357. There will be no additional charge to help set up and support
CNExT on Citrix.
