Our staff is made up of highly trained professionals dedicated to the cancer registry field. Many C/NET Solutions support staff are Certified Tumor Registrars who are active in state and national registrar organizations. Open communication with our customers is important to us. Because we are a moderately-sized organization, it’s easy for customers to contact our staff directly by phone or email.
Martin Madera, CPHIMS, joined C/NET Solutions as Executive Director in August 2025, bringing more than 15 years of experience in cancer data and healthcare information management. Known for his collaborative approach with standards organizations, the cancer registry community, healthcare providers, and technology partners, Marty has a strong track record of making meaningful contributions to the cancer data ecosystem.
Prior to joining C/NET Solutions, Marty served as Senior Manager at the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC), part of the American College of Surgeons, where he led the digitalization and dissemination of the AJCC Cancer Staging System. During his tenure, he also held key roles as Manager of the Collaborative Stage Data Collection System and Education Administrator, supporting both standards development and education initiatives.
Marty’s leadership extended to the North American Association of Central Cancer Registries (NAACCR), where he contributed to the High-Level Strategic Group and the Standards Alignment Task Force, helping advance alignment across cancer data standards.
A Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS), Marty previously served on the board of the Greater Illinois Chapter of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). Marty’s experience and leadership reflect his ongoing commitment to advancing healthcare data quality, interoperability, and innovation.
Jean R., CTR, has been active in the cancer field since 1996. Her professional experience includes data management in both cancer research and the cancer registry. Jean began her career with C/NET Solutions in January 2005. Jean is responsible for the sales, marketing and technical support team. Jean has been active with cancer registry organizations since starting her career in the Cancer Registry.
Moses V. Moses’ experience in Cancer Registry spans back more than 20 years. Since then, he has remained in the Cancer Registry field and expanded his education, experience, and knowledge to Information Technology. Moses joined the C/NET Solutions team in 2020 and has moved through ranks to his current role. Moses manages the customer facing support and project activities, where his knowledge and skills benefit not only C/NET Solutions but our customers as well. In his free time, Moses enjoys the great outdoors, most specifically fishing.
Meaghan O. Meaghan has Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Photography. Meaghan began her career at C/NET Solutions as a programming intern in 2013. Working her way up through the ranks, she now leads an experienced team of programmers with over 8 decades of combined experience. In her free time, Meaghan enjoys reading, crocheting, and playing tabletop boardgames.
